Negative emotions are your friend. Wait what???
Yes, they are. Let me explain. Imagine a world where everyone is superb positive all the time, no sadness. Not an awesome life to live, right?
Every emotion we experience is equally important. We need to embrace, understand and improve upon it.
Life is 20 percent what happens and 80 percent on how we react to them. With practice you will get better ad handling your emotions and become awesome.
1. It makes you human
First and foremost, there is nothing to get scared about learning about negative emotions.
We all have it. For example, when you have a fight with your mom, you tend to not talk with her and act weirdly.
When your boss don’t give you the desired raise in salary, you curse him/her. Or at a bar when the girl ignores you, you feel bad and everything you think is negative.
That is okay.
Feeling an emotion, whatever it maybe only makes us human. If someone says they are only positive all the time then they are not saying truth.
2. Keep your mouth shut
When we are feeling bad, whatever we speak is negative. If you need to say it, then for the moment say it only in your mind.
Cut yourself from the crowd and sit alone or with a close friend.
When you don’t keep your mouth shut, you say negative things loud and it happens to ruin relationship most of the time.

3. Call your loved one’s
When we are angry, sad or beaten up, all we think is negative. It doesn’t heal immediately.
The best thing to get our mind stable is to talk with persons whom we love very much. It will generate positive vibes and they would console you the most.
Why this works?
You won’t talk foul with your mom when you are angry with your classmate, right. Call them and keep talking till you feel better.
If they are near you, then hug them and cry if you want to. Let the warmth heal you.
4. Write Positive Things
This works best when you are having the fight with your spouse, love partner. There is a reason you had loved them so much.
Fights, misunderstandings and stiffness happens.
Instead of thinking what wrong they did, take a paper and write down 10 things on why you love them.
When you would have finished writing it, you would realize they have done and mean very much to you which is enough to wipe your negative emotion down the road.
5. Analyze and work
When things don’t go as expected we get angry, sad or critical. We need to let the feeling go so not to ruin the day.
Instead of thinking about the same bad thing over and over again, sit down and analyze it.
Analyze to see where the things did go wrong. Once you find them, take a note of it as a lesson. This will ensure you have secure the future by avoiding the problem.
If you can fix it, then instead of feeling all negative, do something positive by taking the lead.
6. Let it go
In young relationships, there are many break ups. The first rule of thumb should be to fix the issue by talking.
If things don’t go as intended then it is in best interest to let it go.
No time being all sad and wasting your teen years when you should enjoy every part of it. Crying all alone, not talking about it and cursing self is the worst thing you can do.
Tell your family, close friend. Then cry for the last time and then move on. That is life and that’s how you should live it.
7. Take a break
Sometimes whatever you do doesn’t work. You try hard to get away from the bad feeling of failure, being pushed down or being targeted. And it doesn’t work.
This is an indication you need a good, hefty and amazing break.
Pack your backs and go on a mini vacation. Explore the nature, enjoy the thrills and get refreshed.
When you take a break, you get all new with your emotions. Kinda like hitting refresh on a computer.
Negative emotions can ruin your day or even a year when you keep it to your heart. Let it go ,wash it off and flush it down with the tips I shared with you.
