Living the life with no time wasters, huge productive and no worries. We all want it. However most of us ignore the work needed to achieve this life. The reason we hate to improve.
Doesn’t sound like you?
Let me rephrase it, we hate to do small improvements. We under-estimate the impact it would bring.
For example, doing 3 minutes plank each day. If you are lazy like me, you would find it extremely difficult to do 10 minutes plank and a mere 3 minute one won’t thrill.
The result, we lie on our bed and don’t do anything.
Do practicing a small change as doing a 3 minute plank help? Yes, yes and YES…
- It induces the start. In most cases, starting is the most difficult phase.
- It is easier to jump from 3 minutes to 4 to 6 and then 10 minutes plank.
- You can measure success and replicate it.
This is something not confined to exercise. Your goals will be achieved in productivity, exercise or finance.
Be it anything, as long as you cherish small improvements, you bring out the change in the long run.
Trust me. Better trust YOURSELF.
